Advanced Systems Concepts has been serving the military electronics industry since 1989. The company moved from its offices in Deer Park, NY to Fairless Hills PA in 2000. The Company specializes in HW/SW design & development of sophisticated, specialized electronics systems for wideband real-time data collection and space/time signal processing, with emphasis on high-speed digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal designs in passive surveillance, signal intercept, radar, EW/ECM, spread-spectrum communications, telemetry, optical networks, and sonar.

  

Jeffrey S. Polan - President:

 
 

Jeff brings more than 30 years experience as engineering and program manager, system-, software-, and hardware- engineer to ASCI. His expertise is in broadband communications, radar, EW, and sonar systems, fixed and mobile networks, real-time high-bandwidth data collection, telemetry, and signal processing.

Jeff served as VP Enginering at Aydin Telemetry (now L3 Communications), VP Engineering at InterDigital, VP Engineering/CTO at Orbit/FR, President/CEO of Programmed Digital Systems, President/CEO of Advanced Programmable Systems, Consultant to Unisys on the North Warning radar system simulation, Consultant to the NYSE on the DOT system, VP Engineering at Sedco Systems (now Raytheon). Jeff served as a staff scientist at Riverside Research Institute and Mission Sciences Corp.

Mr. Polan holds patents in a Scalable Modular Base Station (W-CDMA), and has a patent applied for on the Real Time Data Acquisition Network (RTDAN) and Packet Assembler-Disassembler/Network Interface (PADNI). 

Mr. Polan is an avid High-End Audiophile and has sold or licensed designs for innovative single-ended Class A amplifiers, class AB amplifiers, preamplifiers, and a dipole loudspeaker to companies including Essence/Linear Research, Plexus Audio Systems, and Synergetic Audio.

Mr. Polan holds a BSEE and MSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Zerrin Ayzit - CEO:

Zerrin brings more than 20 years experience in electrical engineering, systems analysis and simulation, program management, and high-volume electronic systems manufacturing & test to ASCI. Zerrin has particular expertise in systems testing, design-for-test, and manufacturing-for-test. Zerrin served on the Technical Staffs of Bell Laboratories/Lucent Technologies, Aydin/L3 Communications, and RF Power Products. She served as a Consultant to ASCI prior to joining the Company as CEO.
